The value of compensation offered to the injured persons by the insurer is usually not adequate to the extent of the harm suffered and the actual amounts due. We initially assess the appropriate amount of health damage and inform the injured person about the actual amount of compensation he or she can receive.

On behalf of Clients, we also pursue a number of incidental claims (apart from compensation), such as: compensation for lost earnings, reimbursement of treatment and medical costs, costs of third party care, disability pension, or the value of lost prospects for the future.
